The Strokes comparten el corte Brooklyn Bridge to Chorus, adelanto del álbum The New Abnormal, que lanzarán este proximo viernes. Es el quinto tema nuevo que presentan tras Bad Decisions, The Adults Are Talking, Ode To The Mets y At The Door.
The New Abnormal cuenta con producción del gran Rick Rubin e incluye nueve canciones, lo cual nos indica que ya el público ha podido escuchar la mitad del álbum. Brooklyn Bridge to Chorus nos muestra la faceta cada vez más synth 80’s, con un sonido expansivo, bailable y expansivo. Es evidente que las guitarras, aun estando ahí, han cedido protagonismo a los sintetizadores, lo cual habla de la evolución de la banda liderada por Julian Casablancas y Albert Hammond Jr.
