Es el nuevo single del álbum Been Around

El disco Been Around supuso el regreso de A Girl Called Eddy a la actualidad musical, después de más de quince años de silencio discográfico. El álbum ha recibido críticas entusiastas y para celebrarlo se publica el single digital NY Man, una canción que destila algunas de las mejores virtudes del larga duración: medios tiempos, elegancia, arreglos preciosistas y melodías vocales contenidas pero emocionantes.
Acompañando el sencillo llega también el videoclip, cargado de imágenes que evocan melancolía y reencuentros. El vídeo está dirigido por Paul Kelly, guitarrista de Birdie, responsable de diversos documentales con Saint Etienne, Lawrence o Dexys.
